About Madam Fu Modern Asian

Madam Fu Modern Asian is a unique, progressive shared dining experience combining flavours from all corners of the East, to the far reaches of the West, nestled inside Capri on Via Roma on the Isle of Capri.

The venue was once just a string of kiosks, but the team transformed it into an inviting 80-seat restaurant that wouldn’t look out of place in a Chinese village, right down to the moody lighting and mouth-watering aromas wafting from the kitchen.

Located a short stroll over the bridge from Surfers Paradise, Madam Fu has water views without the weather, and a brilliant view of the Surfers Paradise city skyline lit up at night. It is also a short drive from HOTA, making it a natural choice for dinner before a show.

The Shared Dining Experience

A sharing menu invites guests to sample a selection of dishes, leaving tantalising flavours dancing on the palate. Eclectic flavours pair traditional techniques with modern flair, and unique combinations are guaranteed to surprise. Madam Fu sources fresh produce from local farmers, growers and fishermen.

The menu is built for sharing and served progressively, dishes come straight from the kitchen to your table as they are ready.

Expect crispy wonton tacos, steamed bao buns, hand-folded dumplings, fresh seafood dishes, slow-cooked meats, coastal curries, and wok-fried noodles and rice. All produce is sourced fresh from local farmers, growers and fishermen.
